Yet another reason I avoid Provo as much as possible

Ahhh the bubble. What sweet relief it must be to live in the happy valley where leprechauns chase unicorns through meadows of confectionery sugar and BYU fans post messages like this on their fan boards.

"Beck could change the course of world history -

Florida is going to be a key swing state in the 2008 presidential election, just as it was in 2000 and 2004. With (John) Beck now joining the (Miami) Dolphins, there is going to be a lot more discussion and scrutiny about Mormons (which has already started), which will likely have an impact on Mitt Romney's campaign in Florida . As Beck is successful, more people will be okay with and respect Mormonism, which could play a very significant part in Romney's success down there, as well as in the South in general. If elected as president, Mitt Romney would be the leader of the free world."

You know if Mitt Romney loses the presidency, it will probably ruin Beck AND America's whole weekend.

Provo...gosh darn it all to heck, we here at BYU are pretty frickin' good and why can't other teams like Florida understand that? Provo....where many deluded minds try to change the world, one sweet paxil at a time.
