Taters of the Lost Ark

This may be the greatest toy of all time. I need to get one of these. Indiana Jones in Taters of the Lost Ark! He comes with a bullwhip, jacket, fedora and a gold idol that looks like a Mr. Potato Head!

It will be announced at the 2008 Toy Fair in New York

In other Indy News, word is that the film is locked down (completely edited) and John Williams is currently writing the score. Producer Frank Williams had this to say about the film "I would say it's closest to the third one (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade). It's all adults. I mean, you have the sidekick in Shia (LaBeouf), but you don't have a Short Round and I think the banter between the characters is as fun as it was in the third movie".

Here is a new picture from the film. Indy looks to be holding a bazooka.

It's from the latest issue of Empire Magazine that is out Friday, Feb. 1st.

I've lost a fortune more times than I can count

I had it all. I had millions of dollars sitting at my feet and I threw it all away. I had Star Wars figures, Transformers, etc. If only at age 5 I had the foresight and restraint to not take them out of their packages and use them. If I had only put them on a shelf, in a darkened room with little to no light and just let my toys age like a fine wine. But no, I had to create whole worlds in my imagination with them. I had to play.

Sigh.

Those memories of childhood may be priceless, but $1,000,000.00 comes really close. :)
