I didn't know anything about this movie, or the book series that it is based on. It looks pretty good actually. Hayden Christensen is actually tolerable with the right director, and I like Doug Liman's work. Samuel L. Jackson is always interesting to watch. (Excluding his work in M. Night Shymalamadingdong's film "Unbreakable". Shudder) and the trailer has a LOT of special effects work. It looks pretty good.
The story is about a young man finds that he has a genetic disorder that allows him to teleport himself anywhere. He discovers that he is not the only person with this ability and in fact, it has existed for centuries. He finds himself in a war that has been raging for thousands of years between 'Jumpers' and those who have sworn to kill them.
