I normally hate the editing of movies for TV. I prefer they either bleep the vulgarity, instead of replacing dialogue.
I saw The Usual Suspects on USA replace "Give me the keys you **** sucker" with "Give me the keys you fairy godmother" and I couldn't take the movie seriously anymore. Once I saw The Big Lebowski where "This is what happens when you **** a guy in the ***" became "This is what happens when you make a friend in the Alps". Again, it totally takes you out of the movie.
The edit for Snakes on a Plane is however, to quote Dennis "fifteen gallons of awesome".
Your one stop source for all that is cool, interesting and unique in pop culture and beyond. Film, Animation, Photography, Science, Humor, etc. It's all geek to me.

Indiana Jones 4 - The Abridged Script
I've written about the-editing-room.com before, but when I read their latest masterpiece, an abridged script of Indiana Jones 4, I couldn't stop laughing. Here's a sample:
HARRISON FORD
What are we doing in the Amazon?
KAREN ALLEN
Cate wants to return the Crystal MacGuffin to the ancient City of Gold.
HARRISON FORD
City of Gold? Isn’t that what Nicolas Cage was looking for in National Treasure 2? Are we seriously getting the plot for our shitty sequel to Indiana Jones by ripping off the plot of a shitty sequel to a shitty knock-off of Indiana Jones? I feel like that should unravel the space-time continuum or something.

Fred Astaire meets Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal"
This is a really nicely edited piece I found, where Fred Astaire dances to Michael Jackson's song "Smooth Criminal". It takes a little too long to get going, but after that, the editing is really nicely done. Check it out.
