My Music in Woordle Form

A new website called Wordle lets you create word clouds and I decided to create one using some of favorite musicians. Click the picture to see a larger version. If any of you guys create word clouds, post the urls in the comments below! And remember, the more times you list a word, the bigger it will appear in the cloud.

I had a great, geek weekend

It was a great weekend to be a geek. My new t-shirts from split reason came in.  They have some really cool stuff on their site.  The shirts are high quality, but the one complaint I have, is that the Donkey Kong graphic is along the lower side of the shirt and not on the chest area. It's a minor quibble, but I wish they would have let me know somewhere on their website. It's still really cool though

I also received the Indiana Jones Monopoly game. Instead of houses and hotels, you use Idols and Arks. I love the packaging on this thing.  Usually, I hate these themed games, because you are basically buying the same game over and over, with different art on the board. BUT, this one is an exception. I hope the movie is good. There are a bunch of reviews out from the first screenings, and the reviews are at best ok, and some are pretty harsh. I have been keeping a low expectation level, so that hopefully, I will just enjoy the film for what it is.

3.) More money so that I would have more time to work on being creative.

Taters of the Lost Ark

This may be the greatest toy of all time. I need to get one of these. Indiana Jones in Taters of the Lost Ark! He comes with a bullwhip, jacket, fedora and a gold idol that looks like a Mr. Potato Head!

In other Indy News, word is that the film is locked down (completely edited) and John Williams is currently writing the score. Producer Frank Williams had this to say about the film "I would say it's closest to the third one (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade). It's all adults. I mean, you have the sidekick in Shia (LaBeouf), but you don't have a Short Round and I think the banter between the characters is as fun as it was in the third movie".

Here is a new picture from the film. Indy looks to be holding a bazooka.

Johnny Depp says thanks a million to hospital

Actor Johnny Depp secretly visited London's Great Ormond St Hospital yesterday to donate a million pounds to thank staff for saving his daughter's life.

Depp arrived unexpectedly at the renowned children's hospital where eight-year-old Lily-Rose was treated last year when her kidneys failed.

Last week he invited five Great Ormond St doctors and nurses to the party for the London premiere of his film Sweeney Todd.

And unknown to the public, Depp spent four hours at the hospital telling bedtime stories to patients dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates Of The Caribbean.

Last March, Lily-Rose spent nine days at Great Ormond St when E.coli poisoning led to the failure of her kidneys.

She is said to have contracted the bug while staying with Depp, 43, and her mother Vanessa Paradis, 34, in Surrey while Depp was filming Sweeney Todd.

The difference between men and women

Forget "Men are from Mars, women are from Venus". Men think guns that shoot marshmallows FIFTY (50) feet are worth having. My wife Lisa told me that she could throw marshmallows at me from 5 feet away and get the same effect. Haha. Seriously....how cool would it be to shoot a marshmallow 50 feet? The mind boggles at the trouble that one could get into.
